Homewood Living Frederick is seeking an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the fulfillment of the organization’s mission through excellence in care, service, and stewardship. Located less than an hour from Washington, DC; Annapolis; and Baltimore, Homewood Living Frederick is a vibrant Life Plan Community serving more than 700 residents and employing a dedicated team of more than 1,200 professionals.

As the community’s chief executive leader, the Executive Director reports to the Homewood Living Ministries' Chief Operating Officer and serves as a visible ambassador of the organization’s ministry and values. This role fosters meaningful relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners, while advancing the long-term sustainability and ministry impact of the organization.
