What You’ll Do:
Lead strategic planning and operations for simulation and immersive learning programs.
Design and implement high-fidelity simulation and virtual reality experiences.
Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure curriculum excellence.
Drive research, scholarship, and national engagement in simulation education.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Doctoral degree in nursing or related field (DNP or PhD).
3–5 years of experience in simulation-based teaching and learning.
Expertise in immersive technologies and simulation standards.
Strong leadership, curriculum development, and research skills.
Preferred: Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE or CHSE-Advanced).
