This position is referral eligible and currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. More details will be provided during the interview process.
Shifts: Full-time and part-time, days and nights available (varies by unit)

Indiana University Health is hiring experienced RNs across multiple units at our Adult Academic Health Center. Methodist Hospital and University Hospital are two of Indiana's leading acute care facilities in downtown Indianapolis, and we're looking for nurses ready to grow their careers alongside top medical professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to transition to our brandnew, stateoftheart facility when our two hospitals come together in 2027. Open Units and Acuity Levels:
Many units offer no on-call requirements and 3:1 or 4:1 ratios.
Progressive Care (PCU): Surgical PCU, Cardiac PCU, Pulmonary PCU, Surgical Step-Down, Cardiothoracic Surgical, Medical PCU (MPCU)
Medical-Surgical: (GI/Liver/Chronic Disease), Renal Medical, Orthopedic Trauma, Trauma Surgical, and Cardiac Med-Surg
Patient populations range from advanced heart failure and organ transplant recovery to Level 1 trauma, stroke, pulmonary critical care, and complex chronic conditions.

Qualifications:
Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions for 2+ years acute care experience, subject to approval)
BLS certification through AHA required; additional certifications may be required by unit
