In this dynamic role, you will serve as the on-site face of AiOmed, leveraging your clinical knowledge to help nursing staff, CNAs, and facility leadership seamlessly integrate our platform into their daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site hands-on training sessions for nursing staff, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and facility administrators on how to effectively use the system.
- Maintain ongoing remote communication with the clinical team
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with facility stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and platform retention.
Location & Travel Requirements
- This position is primarily performed on-site at customer facilities (SNFs).
- Travel is required, including both in-state and out-of-state trips.

Requirements
- No previous experience is required — we will provide training.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Licenses: LPN(Compact Accepted)
