St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking to recruit full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to support surgical services at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, New York. Position Details:
Schedule: 8,10, and 12 hour shifts
Enjoy a consistent schedule working at a single, dedicated clinical location, no travel required.
Call Rotation:
26 weekday shifts/year, 12-hour shifts
2 weekends/year, 24-hour shifts
Surgical Case Mix: General Surgery, OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, Ortho, Thoracic
Recruitment Package- St. Peter’s Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
Base Salary: $272,280, plus shift differentials, and excess call compensation
$100,000.00 full time bonus; Payout as follows: Starting and Retention Bonuses (applies to full time CRNA candidates only)
$25,000 to be paid in the first pay period following the CRNA’s start date.
$50,000 to be paid in the first pay period following the CRNA’s 6-month employment anniversary
$25,000 to be paid in the first pay period following the CRNA’s 1-year employment anniversary
Full-time Position equals 1840 annual hours
Time Off: 6 weeks of time away. Six weeks of time away is inclusive of 1 week of CME
CME: $2,500 annual allowance
Year 3, CRNA is Eligible for Quality bonus up to $10k, pro-rated for part time and partial years.
Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

Requirements
Schedule: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
Call Rotation: some call- 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!
Weekend call rotation: 8 weekends per year.
Surgical Cases: are primarily Bread and Butter including- OB, Bariatric, Vascular,
Urology, No hearts, No Trauma cases, No Neuro.
