• Dworken & Bernstein Co. L.P.A., founded in 1959 and one of Northeast Ohio's longest-standing law firms, seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our downtown Cleveland team representing nursing home residents and families harmed by neglect and abuse throughout Ohio.  Nursing home or medical malpractice experience is a plus but not required.
• For the right candidate, this role offers a genuine path toward meaningful trial experience, representing Ohio's most vulnerable clients.
• Successful candidates will possess solid experience in litigation; must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent interpersonal and client service skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
