Are you a natural relationship builder who loves connecting people with opportunities that enrich their lives? Do you thrive on building partnerships, creating new opportunities, and turning meaningful conversations into lasting relationships?
Paradise Valley Estates (PVE) is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Early Access Counselor to lead the growth and development of our Early Access Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of a growing program, expand our reach throughout the community, and build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing members.
The Early Access Counselor is much more than a traditional sales role. This position combines outside sales, business development, community engagement, and relationship management to introduce individuals to the value of Paradise Valley Estates and keep members connected long after enrollment.
If you enjoy creating opportunities, building trust, working independently, and seeing the direct results of your efforts, we invite you to be part of our team!
What You'll Do
- Drive Growth & Own the Sales Journey
- Take ownership of the Early Access membership sales process, from initial outreach and prospect development through consultation, enrollment, and ongoing engagement.
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, appointments, telephone calls, and consistent follow-up.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding established membership goals and performance expectations.
- Conduct individual consultations and in-home visits with prospective members and, when appropriate, their families or trusted advisors.
- Clearly communicate the Early Access Program's value, eligibility requirements, fees, services, and enrollment process.
- Identify opportunities to expand program awareness, increase membership, and strengthen long-term retention.
- Build Meaningful Community Partnerships
- Develop and nurture referral relationships with professionals and organizations serving older adults, including healthcare providers, financial professionals, elder law attorneys, senior-service organizations, and other community partners.
- Represent Paradise Valley Estates at professional networking events, community gatherings, industry associations, and other outreach opportunities.
- Plan, promote, and host educational seminars, lunch-and-learns, presentations, and events both on and off the PVE campus.
- Become a trusted resource and ambassador for Paradise Valley Estates, helping individuals understand their options and discover the benefits of staying connected to a vibrant senior living community.
Create an Exceptional Member Experience
- Build lasting relationships with enrolled members through regular communication, personal outreach, events, and meaningful engagement opportunities.
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for Early Access members, ensuring they remain informed, involved, and connected to PVE.
- Coordinate introductions to appropriate PVE departments and facilitate a smooth transition to available services and programming.
- Recognize when members may be disengaging and proactively take steps to strengthen relationships and support retention.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and other departments to continuously enhance the member experience and support program success.
Manage Performance & Drive Results
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of prospects, referrals, outreach activities, appointments, home visits, enrollment, and member interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, membership growth, and retention against established key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reporting on progress, opportunities, challenges, and results.
- Represent the Marketing department on committees and participate in other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A relationship builder with a sales mindset. You know how to establish trust, develop connections, follow through on opportunities, and turn conversations into meaningful results.
- A self-starter who takes ownership. You are comfortable working independently, managing your schedule, generating your own leads, and developing business beyond a traditional office setting.
- A confident communicator. You enjoy meeting new people, presenting to groups, leading educational programs, and communicating effectively with older adults and their families.
- A strategic networker. You understand the value of professional referral relationships and know how to develop partnerships that generate sustainable business.
- A disciplined, results-oriented professional. You are organized, proactive, comfortable with performance goals, and committed to maintaining a strong pipeline and consistent follow-up.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, priorities, and relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct in-home appointments, participate in off-site outreach, and develop business throughout the community.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Life Plan Community (CCRC), senior living, aging services, healthcare, financial services, real estate, hospitality, or a membership-based organization.
- Experience developing community partnerships, professional referral networks, and educational outreach programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and activity-based performance metrics.
