Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) RN/LPN 1:1 Ratio

We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in, Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.

The Details

1:1 patient ratio one nurse, one patient, every shift
Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life days, nights, or weekends
Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

What You'll Do

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home

Requirements and What You Bring

Active RN or LPN license
Eligibility to work in the United States
Pediatric experience a plus (training provided)
A passion for patient-centered care in one-on-one home settings is a plus
