Valley Medical Center & Clinics is seeking an experienced and collaborative healthcare leader to join our Cancer Services team as the Nurse Manager of Infusion & Immunotherapy Center. Reporting directly to the Director of Cancer Service Line, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, staff leadership, and clinical support functions of the Infusion and Immunotherapy Center.

About the Role
The Nurse Manager of Infusion & Immunotherapy Center oversees daily operations of the infusion center, supporting nursing and support staff while partnering closely with physicians and Cancer Services leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting staff engagement, and helping implement strategic initiatives established by Cancer Services leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Infusion & Immunotherapy Center
- Supervise, coach, and support nursing and support staff
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with physicians and department leadership to support high-quality patient care and service excellence
- Support budget management, resource utilization, and departmental goals
- Assist in developing and monitoring quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Support regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness efforts
- Address operational challenges, staff concerns, and conflict resolution as needed
- Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Foster a collaborative, patient-focused, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Required
- Current Washington State RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of oncology or relevant healthcare operations experience
- Minimum three (3) years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred
- Master’s degree
- OCN, AOCNP, or AOCNS certification
- Experience in a unionized healthcare environment
- Experience with Epic and Microsoft Office applications

Salary: $146,651 - $219,976 annually (depending on experience)
