Join a growing regional health system as the clinical anchor for its OB/GYN services, with a collaborative Certified Nurse Midwife team supporting routine prenatal care, low risk deliveries, and postpartum care. This role offers a focused physician scope, dedicated surgical time, and the opportunity to manage complex gynecologic and high risk obstetric cases, all within 45 minutes of Madison.

Position Highlights

• Collaborative Midwife Team: Work alongside 3 Certified Nurse Midwives who manage routine prenatal care, low risk deliveries, postpartum care, and surgical first assisting
• Focused Physician Practice: Concentrate on complex GYN, high risk OB co management, surgical consultations, and operative care, with CNMs handling low risk triage and births
• Academic Teaching: Option to precept Family Medicine residents with OB training, approximately 2 to 4 residents per year
• Dedicated Clinical Support: Work with dedicated RN and LPN support, integrated Epic EMR, and AI scribe tools
• Specialty Resources: Access on site maternal fetal medicine clinics and 24/7 NICU telehealth connectivity with Madison specialists

Schedule & Call

• 2 to 3 clinic days, 1 dedicated block or surgery day, plus administrative time
• CNMs provide first line triage within a shared call framework
• 24/7 CRNA anesthesia and pediatric support during C sections
• On site call suites with a 30 minute response radius
• 4 main operating rooms equipped for open and laparoscopic procedures
• Modern outpatient clinic with in office ultrasound and GYN procedure suites

Compensation & Benefits

• $404,688 base salary plus additional wRVU production
• $50,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance
• Up to 288 hours, or 36 days, annually for vacation, sick time, holidays, and CME
