Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Dialysis (Procedural) *Location:* Killeen, TX *Facility:* Baylor Scott & White Health - Killeen West Outpatient Dialysis Clinic *Department:* Outpatient Dialysis Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a *Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our *Outpatient Dialysis* team at the Killeen West clinic. This is a procedural, outpatient setting with a *24-chair dialysis clinic*, offering a fast-paced yet highly supportive environment. *Dialysis experience is not required*-the department is open to training RNs with solid clinical experience. Responsibilities include assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans. Regularly assess patient responses. Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system. This prevents complications and delays. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills. *Essential Functions of the Role* * As a Procedural Registered Nurse, use careful clinical judgment.
