RN Manager - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) *Baylor Scott & White Health | Waxahachie, TX* *Full-Time | Days* Baylor Scott & White Health in *Waxahachie* is seeking an experienced *RN ICU Manager* to lead our growing *18‑bed Mixed ICU* at a Magnet®‑recognized hospital. This is a unique opportunity to join a *low‑turnover, high‑performing team* during an exciting period of *facility expansion and program growth*, including our journey toward *Level III Trauma designation*. Position Overview The RN Manager is responsible for the *leadership and operational oversight* of the ICU, ensuring exceptional patient care, strong staff engagement, and continued program development. This role partners closely with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and future growth. Job Summary You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.
