Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $3,000
Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
- Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
- Responsible for providing medication services, coordinating medical care, and providing case management
Requirements:
- RN License
- Minimum 2 years working with mentally ill population
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
